John Shipp is a mediator, arbitrator and settlement counsel with more than 26 years of experience resolving complex disputes nationwide, particularly business and commercial matters involving significant financial exposure, difficult legal and factual issues, important business relationships, and consequences that extend well beyond the dispute itself. A 31-year lawyer and former litigation partner, he trained as a mediator in 2000, has conducted 2,500+ mediations, and has been a full-time neutral since 2013. He is frequently retained in challenging, high-stakes disputes involving strong personalities, significant legal and business risk, and multiple stakeholders.
